INJURED RESERVE has been featured in Variety's coverage of this year's Frontières Co-Production Market, which the publication describes as "one of its highest-calibre lineups ever." Following a record-breaking number of submissions from around the world, Tyler Mckenzie Evans, Claire Desmarais, and Malachi Ellis, the team behind INJURED RESERVE, are among those recognized by Frontières as "the new generation of filmmakers.”

As Frontières Executive Director Annick Mahnert told Variety:

“It’s a pretty extraordinary year for genre, to be honest… A little film, Obsession, suddenly makes millions at the box office, and Undertone, acquired by A24 last year out of Fantasia, became another success story.

“Studios are starting to realize that a movie doesn’t need to have a studio budget to become a crowd pleaser,” she adds. “I have Searchlight and Focus Features coming to Frontières.”
